We’ll ask you about your insurance to find if we are in-network with your plan. If you don’t have insurance, we offer reasonable self-pay rates.   Concerned about COVID?  We offer in person and teletherapy appointments.  We follow CDC safety guidelines.  Your safety is important to us.

Before your first appointment you’ll need to complete your New Client forms. We will email you a new patient packet for you to complete online.   You will be  asked to upload electronically within packet sent for new patients  your photo identification and insurance card or bring the forms and the ID's  to the appointment along with.

Get to your first appointment.  SEE DIRECTIONS UNDER CONTACT US. Our initial visit will usually be an in-clinic visit. There after, for patients and providers  who have scheduled a Telehealth/Telemedicine appointment, a  calendar invitation for the appointment will be sent to you via your email along with a link for you to accept.  Upon acceptance all information for attending the visit will be contained within that calendar  invitation.  An email and text reminder will be sent for each appointment scheduled.
